All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers; by submitting an order you authorize us and our payment providers to charge your payment method for the total amount, including applicable taxes and shipping. If a price is listed incorrectly, we may cancel or refuse the order.

4. Event Tickets

Tickets purchased through the Services grant admission to live Record Breakers events, subject to the rules of the event and venue. Attendees may be required to sign a waiver and comply with entry, safety, and prohibited-item policies. Events, lineups, schedules, and performers are subject to change. Ticket refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Shipping timelines, returns, replacements, and refunds for merchandise and event tickets are described in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

The Services and all content on them — including text, graphics, logos, images, video, and the Record Breakers name and marks — are owned by or licensed to Record Breakers Co. and are protected by intellectual-property laws.
